Hey there, bookworms. Has anybody out there read 'You Can't Win' by Jack Black, published in 1926? It is the prototype 'Beat Generation' novel and I can highly recommend it. It is about a burglar and petty thief in turn-of-the-century America. Really, any serious readers should have a look at it, as it is one of the most gripping stories you are likely to read. And to top it all, it is a true story.
