Forum Upgrade

I just did a small forum upgrade. If you notice anything wonky please let me know.

Pages are loading white and blue instead of the usual colours (especially Who-page) after refreshing.

The problem was you had probably started viewing the forum mid-upgrade because you can do that, as an admin.

I also just upgraded some web server software, so keep your eyes open for wonkiness all throughout the site, not just the forum.
