- What would he steal?
I would very much prefer that the stolen "properties" are something physical, but unlike Robin Hood's days, there really aren't many substantial physical goods that can be stolen besides hard cash, is there?

- Who would he steal from?
The scale doesn't have to be big, so corrupt politicians and bankers, etc don't need to be the target, although it's certainly possible. I prefer some sort of town/city level. Any flash of ideas?

- How would he steal?
High-tech gadgets? Genius hacker? Master thief? There would be tons of possibilities!

I'm writing a story on this, and opinions from bookworms would be greatly appreciated =D

For one idea, I believe a modern day Robin Hood could steal information restricted by a group for their own selfish reasons, and distribute it. Some people sit on copyright licenses for too long today and charge people for accessing information that should be more open and accessible. Perhaps you can go beyond the concept of 'stealing'.
