don't ever hope for a return to zero.
It is the longest term that fits the dandy
and the little bits played that make the brandy.

Don't hope to find the definite, the nothing and the everything.
Do not ferment your life in expectation.
Go on and move, the seasons must be lived,
the rhetoric in the body; the brain is just a service.

And do not hope to see the end of time.
Let it surprise you.
Your soul will be far gone before your carcass
twisting unfeelingly after departure.

And if of memory and forgetfulness you speak,
let it be here where the meanings count.
Go on, move on and make your choices.
The only freewill you lack is that of making them.

Explore, discover and divulge.
Don't try to understand your mystery,
lest you miss living for the sake of blister,
trying to harness gases and diffusion.

Move on, there'll be some answer to your latest question,
and those that go unheard will matter little,
for otherwise the bell will ring for sure
without the slightest effort, at your window.
