I am a 9th grader, and at first I thought the book was going to be boring to read in addition to the other 3 books I had to read for Honors English. In the end I thought it as a great book. ~ The first 10 or 20 chapters in the book I think were kind of dull. I would say at around chapters 39 and up were great. My favorite character was probably Wemmick, because he took the seriousness away from the scene making it more enjoyable for me. However I didn't like the ending, because I think the book ended suddenly and didn't tell what happened with Pip and Estella in detail.
