Jesus and Mary have quite a following here and I believe abroad too. There are genuine fears that Australia will have its own Jonestown horror at some point. Apparently they are doing exceedingly well in splitting up families when a believer is asked whether their partner is their true soul mate and if not, they need to leave, follow the path of Jesus and Mary, where they will be sure to find the real meaning of love. Young children are being exposed to to them which scares the heck out of me.

What do other people think of this person and as a public servant of the Australian Government, do you think Jesus and Mary should have a tax file number (TFN) and lodge a tax return each year like the rest of us?

There are a few things about these dudes that are too easy to prove they're idiots just like their followers - start with his glasses. He claims he gave sight to the blind, so why can't he do it for himself? It's not as though he's too busy or anything.

Secondly he remembers having the wooden stakes hammered into his hands - the Romans hammered stakes into the wrists between the two main bones because the hands would tear and the prisoners fall off the crucifixes.
