It is in comparison to the OLD Testament. There are TWO Testaments, and the NEW Testament is the more recent one.

I suppose it depends on the context in which one evaluates it, but that's rather obvious. Did you have any intended purpose for this thread?

If I propose a conclusion, you may reject it or not as you see fit. I am not a tyrant. I don't propose that my conclusions are necessarily correct, I only wish them to be considered.
