It says "part 1" which means I may write more if I'm inspired...

Short Story
Part I
Swords clashed. The flash of magic blazed widely through the forest. In the depths of the forest a man and woman single handedly fought against an innumerable amount of Undead. The man fought daringly against the Zombies with his hand and a half sword while the women set flames and lightening at the monsters.
"Behind you," Shouted the women. He heard her cry and ducked as she radiated lightening from her fingertips striking the monster behind him. He spun around and slashed it against the chest for the final blow. It crumpled to the ground lifeless. "Watch your back!" she snapped.
Laughing madly he struck another foe. The zeal and gayness he experienced when fighting was beyond words. The rushing sensation of blood and the pounding of his heart were too good for him. His eyes glowed with passion as he cut his sword through his bloodthirsty enemy.
The women on the other hand, though ranked almost highest with MAGIC, did not find any enthusiasm in fighting. It was a serious concern that deserved utmost concentration.
The man jumped back from the rabble. "Svїtz," He shouted. A colossal blast of fire discharged from the tip of his sword and right into the front rank of the Zombies charging all the way to the back.
The women spotted it fast enough to react. "Ketz," raising up her arm a gust of wind surrounded her and protected her from the fire. A flash of light filled the forest for a moment then vanished. The fireball fizzed out leaving scorching tress knocked over and a massive black road where it had passed.
He nodded his head at her, "Sorry."
Scowling darkly at him she lowered her shield. "That could've killed me, you idiot."
"I knew you would to see it so I wasn't worried. Anyways they're dead. We've done our job so let's go." He turned around and walked away. The women followed him.
They began walking away from the dead crispy corpse and burned woodland when she made one last look. "You should stop using so much power. If you had made one mistake this whole forest and castles near and far would have been destroyed. Not to mention you could die from over exerting yourself."
He shrugged. "No doubt; however they're dead and I'm hungry."
She nodded and followed him down the road. "I know Inn where they might not suspect us…"
"As long as they have beer it's fine…"
