This is an Affirmative Side Layout of Social Security if it were to be abolished. I don't support this or Social Security. You could say I'm neutral. But this is for my debate class. I would like to know if the details are accurate. So if anyone one has suggestion on things I could fix please tell me. :)

Affirmative Position (Social Security)
A. Harms (1) - It's an infringement (violation) of our economic (financial) liberty(freedom).
Harms (2) - The rate of return is lower than what could be obtained with private investments.
B. Plan - Set up Social Security financing such that future benefits aren't dependent on future borrowing or future taxes other than Social Security taxes
Agency: Congress and President
Enforcement: Government
Funding: Wall Street (Stock Market)
C. Advantage (1) – People will take on their own responsibility for earning money
Advantage (2) – No worrying about Social Security crashing at any given moment

. . . You could say I'm mutual. . .
What does that mean? How can one be mutual?

I guess that was worded strangely. I mean I don't have an opinion for it.

"Neutral" is maybe the word you were looking for.

No problem! I knew what you meant, but it'll be useful to get that word right in your discussion.
