I think there might be a flaw in it ("...entertaining, yeah, but not necessarily confidence-inspiring..."), but what I found most telling about the report was that the editor of this business news e-zine was not confident that the readership would know how to pronounce her name. I mean, if you're the sort of person who runs a small business, you're unlikely to be the sort of person who's read any old books - stands to reason.
