Much of it is a sort of trap to hack your account, or to place a virus into your computer. Also those recommendations to visit a certain site, placing a link to it, and also aiming to place a virus into your system as soon as the evil page loads into your browser. One has to be very careful with Facebook links. Not all of them are safe, and many still don't realize the necessity of a good updated antivirus.
