I've already posted this poem a ways back, but recently a good friend of mine read it in vegas and surprised me with it today, and I HAVE to share it.

Wow Revolte, that was excellent! The poem was heartbreaking against the backdrop of music and I really enjoyed the recital and timing. You must have so pleasantly surprised when your friend read this for you.

Another melodramatic teenage angst video? Good grief... (j/k)

The beginning did have a dark and serious tone, but it became more individualized as the poem went on. Although the theme is serious, the transition lost its edge in having a more universal appeal, in my opinion. It became a bit too personel and uncomfortable for me (maybe that's how I'm supposed to feel), but I'm sure there's many people that can relate to the message conveyed by the video. Overall, it was sad and beautiful.
