I have decided to purchase a nice copy of The Lord Of The Rings. I am a huge fan of the series and really want a nice, hardcover, edition that will last me for a long time. I've been looking at the different editions and I believe I've setteled on the 50th Anniversary Deluxe Special Edition from the UK. It also has a copy of The Hobbit and The Children Of Hurin.

I was wondering if anybody else had an opinion on which edition I should get. Is this a good edition or do you recommend a different one? I'm willing to spend a decent amount of money but not a ridiculous amount. Also, is there a copy of The Silmarillion in the same edition as these? Opinions and links would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
