Angel dust

I will sparkle
angel dust upon
the world.

Mother said
that life
is tough.

So I touch
angel dust
all day.

It sparkles
gold.
It tastes
like gold.
Gold gushes
out of
my mouth.
All I want
is more gold.

It would be
nice sometime
to taste
something sour -
like a grapefruit,
any grapefruit,
not
THE grapefruit.
