As He lay on a Cross
The sky was a cracked grey
As it enveloped what blue remained,
The earth trembled and stones and dust lay broken everywhere
As frightened eyes looked out in horror of it all.
The saviour of the world lay broken on a cross
With His head into His side,
As His crown of thorns meant to mock Him
Ripped deeply into His soft skin.
A tormented face,
Who came to save the world
But would not save Himself,
The Lamb of God.
Deafening Silence
Waiting for things to happen,
Been waiting an eternity.
The night brought forth shadows
To match those upon me.
The day brought forth deception
A glorious swirl,
An Angel with a smile
Satin in disguise.
Trying to make it happen
Been down a long time,
Ready to break out
A shell of steel.
The darkness overcame the light
I fumbled to keep my balance,
It was then an arch appeared in the sky
A doctrine of deception.
I was misled from the original purpose
To love one another,
Instead I was led astray
Into signs and lying wonders.
To the Christ I pray!
To the Christ I say...
Nothing but a deafening silence.
A Re-visitation of Revelation
Chapter I
And a vision of the Lord came to His prophet
Thus saith the Lord
Write down this prophecy I say to you
Concerning things to come
The judgement and the great tribulation
That will fall on the whole of the earth
And the prophet obeyed saying thus say the Lord
A great light will appear from the sky
A triangle of three sharp shards
Brighter than the sun, thus blinding man
And His Holy Angels came from all directions
And the great powers of the earth were immobilized
Staring in terror at the coming of this vision
Beating their breast
Wailing at the sky
Oh why is this coming on us?
And they cursed and scrambled to run
But the earth shook and many fell to the ground
Regretting the vision they saw
And a loud trump came from the sky
Announcing the arrival of the Lord
In a brilliant white robe
The God of all
Thus Jesus came to judge the wicked
And redeem those He came to save.
A Revisitation of Revelation
Chapter II
And again the Lord spoke to His prophet saying:
Night fell upon the earth
The great tribulation had begun
And all the great and small
Feared this day
For it was written in their heart
And the wicked were held in shame
Of the light shown from the Lord
They in terror pleaded to the Lord
"This is the Jesus we did not believe
Forgive me Lord
I did not know my wicked ways"
But the Lord said sharply:
You depart from me for all wickedness were your ways
And all manor of filthiness were in your heart
You are cast into hell with the wicked one
Who deceived the whole world
But the chosen remnant I have come to save
And they shall be in heaven with Me
