I simply love you,
and don't ask me why.

I love you like
April showers love meadow flowers.

I love you like
I love the clouds, the birds, and the winding rivers.

I love you like
you're the spring breeze
and I'm the Arctic tundra.

You're still rocking with April, but were you burnt by Spring ever? Simply is loving with one simple image. Nature is beautiful, but basing the love on what you see and feel is good too.

I think the "arctic tundra" provides the depth or complication that this needed. It turns what looked like a rather naive declaration of of the most uncomplicated love into a possibly unresolvable problem.
