The Light of Darkness
The great light of darkness
Many men bound did see
Their imprisoned walls.
Chained with shackles their feet
In their steps one saw
Futility in their glance.
They bounced off the walls of earth
Vexed by their own company
That being their heart.
These men took delight
In gaiety the great light
Of darkness that formed.
Death roped around their lives
Slowly strangling their spirit
Thrusting them to
Sordid sorrow.
The Great Mystery
There is shown a great mystery
In the ebbs of time from eons ago
To the great Omega forever more
There is manifested a great mystery!
From the highest topped mountains strewn
To the lovely fertile valleys
There is a call from the great Almighty
Who infused life to all that was bare.
His great mystery unsealed
For the spirit of man to discern,
The forging of his heart and mind
To forgo death, choose life.
For a great paradox is revealed
That tomorrow be uncloaked to those yet to see,
For the end of the world has been prophesied
For it has already occurred.
Yet no man has lived to see,
For a mans free will has been ongoing
From the beginning of man till this moment;
But where lies tomorrow?
It's a great mystery
For the spirit of man to discern.
Does he deviate his will
Therefore tomorrow?
Or does he go on living
Depending on his freedom from God?
The Alpha and Omega...
The first and last has occurred;
Man in his crux
Caught between himself and a rock,
With only one way out
Can man find his way?
Drifting Soul
I feel the weight of my thoughts Imploding on my soul,
A bubble sent out to roam
To the spacious skies calling God;
Beyond the grief of my human form
Where nothing matters but my drifting soul.
My earthly flowers have reached its bitter end,
I call out for love but there is no friend,
I feel empty
Because empty is who I am.
I wake longing for the sun
Is that her?
Or the moon in its place
Cold rocks pocketing my face?
God
If you hear me,
Let me go
To another form.
The past wouldn't know
The me I'm am to be;
The heaviness on my shoulders
Would be lifted free.
God
I'm perceiving
Beyond my remains;
Into my new soul,
The weight let go.
If I'm denied
Now may I die,
But for wings
Loosen me to fly!
The great light of darkness
Many men bound did see
Their imprisoned walls.
Chained with shackles their feet
