Her Face Content

Her face content
Mine filled with fire

She laid still faced
I Gasping for air

Peace on her shoulders
I Shaking violently

Violins serenading
Music wretched

Birds chirping
I wailing

Her peaceful face
Mine consumed with fire

Gods domain
Tears ripping my heart

Her form beautiful
Mine a mess

She's saying hello
I'm saying goodbye.

Welcome To The Funny Farm

Hey You in the purple little smock,
Yea You with the half witted smirk,
Also You with the crumb down your cheek,
It's They with the smile on their face.

At the funny farm:
They crush your brain
To a mind in relaxed insane.
They label your bones
A relic in a lab.

They reach out to you
But they don't care,
They got a name for you
Number four eight two.

They laugh at you
At the funny parties,
They labeled you insane
What else is new.

They found a new name for it
It's called you are screwed,
They found a medication
It's called perfumed doo doo.

Yes they found an answer,
For everything you do,
They took away your self
Now easy to understand you.

They gave you a new leash on life
Around your neck you'll find it,
When they walk their dog at night
It's you lifting your behind.

They love their fancy answers
For everything they find,
They called you once an outcast
To fit their every rhyme.

One thing they forgot to tell you
That there was once this time,
They got smacked in their ***
As they came out crying.

But now their the genius
Holding cards every time,
These self serving bricks
Just a wall to the sky.

They forgot just one thing
As you lay crushed beneath,
Though it's no prob-lem
That too they solv-ing.

They open back up
That silly little vein,
Welcome you back
To relaxed insane.

The Hearts Outer Shell

Love likes to keep itself hid in the cubbyhole of a heart,
A place nurtured warmly by the blood of the soul.
Barely she wants to come out and dance on the stage of life,
Preferring to seek shelter from the chill that will do her harm.

She may come off sly and nervously dart around
Never seeming to get to the point, in fear she'll be aroused.
She'll fiercely defend her turf in the essence of living dreams,
She'll gladly slumber on dreamy eyed into another day.

When no one sees she may bolero to an eccentric song
After all, she's a starry-eyed child who never grew up.
Her cue's in life were taken early on in the womb;
She comes out meekly in the shyness of the moon.

Her hand is universally known but hard to comprehend.
Her ways a mystery and we certainly know why,
She's literally a beating heart who knows only one way;
She plays hide and seek when jostled from her nurtured shell.

She may seek other players in the game of chance,
But rarely she plays, for she's always contemplating
What her host might have to say;
She's a child who never embarks on her own.

There's no subtleties to her very nature, only charm.
She goes all out or stays tucked hidden, disarmed.
That's why she rarely shows herself for who she really is,
She lives a life mostly hidden from every other beating heart.

Sometimes a brat, she goes on tantrums with her own will,
Desiring to go it alone away from her own home.
But the want is to keep hidden, tucked warm and comfy,
Only to play out the final act in the cloak of midnight.

If you come across her then you'll have no choice but see,
She has a heart of her own doing, whatever that may be.
She will not approach you and overwhelm,
She'll send subtle flirts as laughter out to play.

If you do take her out to the dance
Do know one thing; there's a curfew she abides by
Where all hearts have to go,
Back to the warmth and love of home.
