This book is an excellent examle of the theoretical aspects of human life. It challenges the reader into creating their own ending even before they finish the book. This book is not ment to intrigue you with alien stories. It is ment to make you think about how delicate life is and how one alteration may throw everything off course. Anyways, this book has an excellent plot, but also may be very confusing to the reader. The locations described in the book may throw your thought process way off course. A bit of advise to publishers who will attempt to rewrite, or just reprint this book. Add A map! It will make reading the book more enjoyable. The book also has a tendancy to become very boring during character to character dialouge, because it drags on forever. There is also three chapters just based on the narrarator and his "friend" the Curate stuck in a basement looking out a hole at some aliens, and about how they were hungary and arguing about food. The contents of this book may be boring, but the ending is probably something that would happen if aliens invaded the Earth, and the ending/demise of the aliens makes reading the book all worth while.
