In black,
In brown,
Red and blonde
In streaks
And in solidarity
In the stare of heartbreaking hope
In the cringe of regrettable passion,
In the stare of inattentive beauty,
In the dreamy smile of philosophical meanderings
In the smug sneer of red lips
In the playfulness of quizzicality
In the older
In the younger
In gushes of motivated manipulation
In gushes of whimpered wants
In explosions
And in subtle nervousness
All of this beauty is here, there
Ready to be cared for, ready for the taking
I’ve seen beauty in many forms.
I have grown wiser.
