Hi, I'm Tigermoon. I haven't been on here for quite a while but I'm returning because I'd like more feedback on my work. I've been pretty involved in teenagewriters.com, but the lack of people gets to me sometimes.
So a little bit about me,
-my favourite authors include Tamora Pierce, Tolkien and Brian Jacques.
-I love every single movie made by Miyazaki, especially Howl's Moving Castle.
-I live in Alaska and I hate it.
-and I play three instruments: viola, violin and cello.

Also, I have a newbie question. Do you give line by line critiques or just a general overview?

Thanks,
Tigermoon

Welcome back, Tigermoon, I didn't miss you because I wasn't here when you left.

May I ask you a question of my own, what do you write? I will try to look up your stuff and tell you what I think - special like. Tell me where and I will be there.

Well, I only really started seriously writing about like...6 months ago. So right now, I've got two pieces I'm willing to share but generally, I like fiction. They're both posted in teenagewriters but they're in the members only section so unless you're a member, you can't see them. And I deleted them off here when I left...so how about I repost one of them. I'll put it in the short story section.

Okay, I will look it up. Don't expect too much from me, as a reviewer I am hopeless in my own opinion.

Ya-hoo!
Welcome back once again!

I give general critiques, as that's what I'm best at. However, we have a great critic in Hillwalker, who will oftentimes give critiques to specific lines. Sometimes he'll single out a misplaced word; he puts a lot of effort into his critiques. The point is though, that there will be a big variety of the style and quality of critiques, and you will probably find your favorite one too.

Mister Matthew Farlow.

I really like the style of critiquing that they use at teenage writers. They have this nifty little button in Advanced Mode which lets you paste a lot of words into replies without taking up space on the page. It's called the spoiler button. You've probably seen it somewhere else. Anyway, because they have that it's possible to copy some one's whole entire work and go through it with another colored font and write corrections/comments where necessary. But now that I think about it, this type of crit might not fit this site because it's more for adults who, hopefully, don't make a whole bunch of basic grammar mistakes and have more stylistic issues. Well I guess I've answered my own question through this massive ramble. Thanks again for the welcome. I'll try to stick around a little longer this time.
