Cerulean oubliette,
bijouterie in a blue bowl,

Mold, like scattered viridian,
dusts the widening craquelure.

Red poppy beneath
a yellow plum,
love's cenotaph.

Munkin, you are a hard one to decipher, and I do hate to have to take the first crack at a poem. But, it's very artistic, and the words beg to be spoken out loud. I feel that it speaks of fading beauty... an impression only, now, of what was once vibrant and real. How far off am I?

In any case, a vibrant piece of work.

Yes, indeed, the words are vibrant, speak-out-loud words. They are crunchy and unusual. I'm not at all sure what it means, but I will be reading it again.

Impressive vocabulary; does the poem paint inhuman conditions of an incarceration centre? it pulses with good sarcastic art.

The blue bowl, open only at the top,
contains a lifetime of memories and
a withered but still clinging heart.
