Hi there
I am an English literature student and I am currently writing my master thesis, which deals with two post-9/11 novels (an American and a French one): "A disorder peculiar to the country" (Ken Kalfus) and "Windows on the world" (Frédéric Beigbeder). I finished the chapter about Kalfus and I was wondering whether anybody would like to read it for me.
Since my main language is Dutch, my biggest problem when writing my master thesis is an influence of Dutch words or grammatics. Therefore it could come in handy if a native English speaker could point to the words or expressions which are generally considered as non-idiomatic. It is not a problem if you do not know Kalfus' novel: reviewing of language and style would be more important than the content.
If you're interested to read it, just send my a private message. I would highly appreciate it :yawnb:.
