It means that the judge in the debate should not vote to the the team who said that cause we have better solution

Exampel
- we should spend Saturday at the mall

So the opportunity cost will be :

We should spend Saturday at library because if we spend it at mall we can not spend it at library , and we will learn more if we spend it at library
