It was a regular day to college when priya was upset by not finding her friend sana in the class. priya couldn't get the reason.

She made several call from telephone booth..... but no one received.
All day she felt lonely and sad.
missing someone is painful and it really hurts.

Priya was not able to concentrate on her studies.
She found all efforts worthless."Oh sana where are you?" whole day she was
thinking about sana.You cant know how much you care about your friend until there is some space.

In evening after 5-6 hours sana arrived in class and gave a letter to priya with lovely card.

Letter consist of lots of love and care for priya saying " my dear friend we share lots of time chitchatting, shopping, studying but today when i didn't met you made me recognize special bond between us you are so important to me.You are my definition of friendship.

You managed to portray the feeling of loss when someone you love (or even admire) is not around. And often that person doesn't even appreciate the huge part they play in your life.

I'm conscious that English is perhaps not your first language, and even though I understood what you had written there were certain phrases or sentences that seemed a little awkward.

It also might be an idea to tell us what thoughts were going through Priya's mind when her friend did not turn up at school rather than just say All day she felt lonely and sad.

How do you know she felt this way? How did she behave? What was she thinking about?

An admirable effort but it felt as if you'd had an idea for a story but not been sure where to take it. There's more you can tell us I'm sure.
