How can you al be so narrow minded about Laurie and Jo not getting married? Even though Laurie did love Jo, it was a childish infatuation and I believe she was right to turn him down (so did Marmee). She suits Mr Bhaer excellently, they are a perfect match, and I believe that Amy and Laurie bring out the best in each other. Let's face it, Jo and Laurie were never a match made in heaven, they were friends. I think maybe you don't understand that it would never have worked; Laurie and Jo love their respective partners, and get on with them in a way they never would have got on with each other.
