Secret (short acrostic)

I'm sorry for posting so little, but I wanted feedback right away after I came up with this for my English class..

Searching for
Eternity for the one
Creation that
Remains forever concealed.
Each never to see
The light of day.

What do you think?

I think the first two lines are a bit syntactically awkward, but I rather like the rest of the piece.
