I was in jail recently and read a book called Secrecy by this author. It was pretty good throughout, well a lot better than the Longarm books that just made me hate where I was even more. Thing is, the solution that solved the final problem that was stopping the main character from finally being happy, seemed rushed and much too coincidental, like a comic book.
