Weeeeeeell... Slaughterhouse Five jumps back in time.

I've got a few more examples from short stories, because science fiction writers tend to like that form of writing. There's a Stephen King short story called That Feeling You Get, The One You Can Only Say In French where a lady keeps experiencing a crash over and over again. There's another short story called Dial Tone by Benjamin Percy where a guy works for a telemarketing company and he experiences a telephone glitch that allows him to hear himself in a previous phone conversation commiting a murder that he doesn't remember commiting. There's also an H. P. Lovecraft story called The Shadow Out Of Time in which an alien from pre-Cmbrian Australia takes over a guy's mind, then the guy's mind goes back to pre-Cambrian Australia while the alien lives the guy's life in the 1920's. It's pretty cool.

In general, you should look up the short stories of Harlen Ellison. They're what the Terminator series is based on, which you know is really one big circle.
