Novels on The Digital Revolution/Web 2.0 etc.

Hi there,

I am working on my bachelor's thesis, the working title being "The Digital Revolution in Fiction and Reality".

I've got the "reality" part pretty much down (i.e. the social and economic effects of the so-called Digital Revolution, or more specifically, Web 2.0), but I'm having a hard time finding the right novel to go along with it.

I'm looking for something on that topic that lends itself for drawing comparisons to the real world. It should be extensive enough for me to do a 20-page analysis.

Any suggestions?
