Can't find a specific author in the author's list

I was wondering if the LitNet offered any e-texts of short stories by Damon Runyon, or are they not yet in the public domain?

Some of his works might be public domain, those written before his 40s. (1923 is the cutoff date) But I don't see them out there anywhere.
