Hello.

I have a simple(?) question: How do I insert an Avatar?

I've been trying repeatedly to do so, but keep getting rejected - apparently because of the size of what I propose.

I find it hard to conceive, however, that those multi-coloured Avatars currently in use are not more than 19.5 KB in capacity, which is the purported limit on size.

If they are indeed larger, how did they manage to pass through the capacity barrier?

Any assistance would be gratefully accepted.

Have you tried resizing the picture to meet the pixel requirement? My computer is a Dell so I use Microsoft Office picture manager to resize. I don't know what program you would use for a differnt computer though...
