I had been following the man all morning. The man was wearing a white shirt and blue tie with black pants. All morning I had been following this man in and out of the horrible crime shops. This man had a certain look on his face and it made me sick. He walked confidently, seeming to think that his plan was secure, little did he know that I was on to her and his operation. I assume that the pieces of this plot started to fall into place roughly eight months ago. I could see it over the months. It all started with him befriending the target. From there his pieces just started to fall into place. I knew something bad was coming but not what. All I knew was that I would do anything to stop this man and protect his target.

This man, this criminal, was very fickle. For example through the various windows I could see that he had already chosen what he needed but he kept changing his mind and looking at the item laying next to his choice. This man then seemed to realize that he had forgotten something important. He pulled some a paper from his pocket and begin to look even closer at the various objects. He went back through the majority of the shop and then settled on what he had originally chosen. This was an expensive object and it put a sort of glitter in his eye. The first object he had bought was a circular device. He eyed it carefully. I quickly thought (in the manner that only I can), about what possible uses this device could have. I can only assume that by the value and how attached he is to this object, that it must be a major piece of his plan. I assume it is a weapon of sorts. I followed him out of the store and along the various streets. I then noticed that he had pulled out his cellphone. The conversation could have been vital so I got dangerously close to this madman and listened in. I know that he was talking to the target and I managed to catch a few words out of their conversation "pick...dinner...6:00pm...formal...sorry...forgot.. .but this...special...only." Piecing this together I formulated what only could have been said, "I will pick you up for dinner around 6:00pm. You should dress formal and sorry but I forgot to make reservations so we will be going somewhere else, but this should only happen once. Also, tell your friends that we may go somewhere special and that they shouldn't worry about you as you will only be gone for a day or two."

I knew the man was up to no good because he was nervous on the subways all the way back to his apartment. I waited outside in my usual spot and when he came out he was wearing very nice close, I knew he was up to no good as this was not his usual attire. This time he took a cab but I heard where he was going and managed to arrive first. I waited down the block until he arrived, the target with him. The man walked into the restaurant. The time was 6:29. He sat down next to his target. A pretty blond dressed in a silver dress. I sat in a table a ways from them and sipped on water, never taking my eyes off them. Some people were starring at me, they must have known I was a undercover investigator.

After some time their dinner seemed to near its end and the man pulled his device from his pocket. I tensed, realizing what was about to happen. I stood and started to casually walk to their table. My hand was on the open pocket knife in my coat pocket. The man pulled the small box from his pocket. I was prepared to do whatever it took to save this beautiful girl, the one I loved. He then got up and stood next to the seated blond and fell onto his knee next to her. He raised up the box as if an offering, a wide wicked smile on his face. I started to walk faster about a quarter of the way there. The entire restaurant fell silent and everyone looked as if they were going to let this murder take place. They were all smiling and some looked as though they were cheering him on with their eyes. The box clicked open. The girl gasped. The man started, "Rebecca..." The girl was now wide eyed. She knew what was about to happen. I walked faster until I was running, pushing aside tables and some, now standing people. She looked, with her mouth open, at the weapon and the murder, and stuck her hand out. "Yes," she pleaded. The man picked up the horrible thing and the audience started to clap. The knife had ripped out of my jacket and I was holding it out wide with my right hand. I was now at their table. The girl glanced back and screamed, just as the weapon made contact with her finger. Using my sprint I drove with my knife and all my force, driving it straight into the neck of the dreadful murder. He gargled some words and I fell down with him, rolling onto the ground. The girl was screaming so, with some work, I ripped the weapon from her finger. Behind me I heard some chairs fall and as I turned I realized what I had actually done. I had just upset all of these murders' plans, and now they wanted me. I quickly turned and bolted through the door, hearing screams and seeing the red and blue flashes of these monster's pets reflect off the walls. I hid, and avoided these foul beasts. I knew the woman would be safe, as I had foiled the man's planes and none of the other murders would do anything.

I was, suddenly, attacked by a man from behind. I fell and I was pulled to my feet with my hands behind me and iron creatures on my hands. I was dragged back across the street to the terrible flashing monsters. The woman came out, she was all right, I thought, the tears would be normal after all. She started screaming and try to claw at me. The pets had her back though. I realized what had happened, they had turned her into one of their own, so I broke from the police and slammed my head into her, hard, tackling her as I went over. She fell backwards onto the sidewalk and I landed onto of her. I received another hit on the back of my head and was pulled off her. As I was dragged into one of the horrible beasts, I looked back with sorrow at what these horrible murders had done. The door slammed shut and I was whisked away, leaving the poor innocent girl in such a horrible place.

Proposing Man Slaughtered by Mad Man

Yesterday, on April 27th, a mad man brutally murdered a man proposing to his girlfriend. The man, Jonathan Handin, had just placed the ring on the finger of his girlfriend, Rebecca Knoll, when a deranged man, who cannot be identified at this time, drove a knife inches deep into Jonathan's neck.

Jonathan and Rebecca had been dating for eight months. She said they had discussed marriage before but she never thought it would come true. "When he pulled the ring out, I didn't know what to say", Rebecca informs us,"and then, to have that taken away by that crazy freak!" When we met up with Rebecca she was in tears, in mourning. "I remember the last phone call we had," she told us,"He said he was going to pick me up for dinner at 6, and that he was going to be late because he had to get something formal. I had planned to cook dinner at home tonight, and he said 'O, sorry I forgot, but this is going to be special'. We should have just stayed home, I loved him so much."

The murder, whose name we do not have, appears to have admitted to following Jonathan for quite some time. We have been informed that he thinks he is an investigator. But just how did the stabbing happen with no one stopping him? An eyewitness at the restaurant fills us in,"Well when he got on his knee we all looked at him, some of us stood too. He pulled the ring out and then some tables or somethin' were pushed over and I was shoved out o' the way. The next thing I know, the crazy guy and the other guy are rolling around on the floor. Several of us tried to stop him but he sprinted ou' the door before we could get to him." It also appears that after then man was caught, across the street from the restaurant, he was taken back to the restaurant where, after being handcuffed, he attacked Rebecca. Rebecca only sustained minor injuries including a minor concussion and several cuts on her head. Jonathan suffered one four inch deep knife wound that cut through both his windpipe and his jugular vein. He was immediately take to the emergency room but had already lost too much blood.

So there you have it ladies and gentlemen. Remember if you seen anyone who is showing psychopathic signs, report them, as it will only help you and them and help to save lives.
