My name is Shannon. I delight in all of culture, from the performing arts, to the written word. I have piles of classics, and admittedly I have read only half. Lately, reading has appealed to me far more than the internet, or television, which captivated me and kept me numb for much of my adolescence. A sad epidemic that is sort of nullifying the printed word.
