Has anyone ever read George Martin's novella [I]The Skin Trade[I]?

I'm thinking of buying an anthology which includes this novella, but can't find any reviews of it online. I'd like to know what people think of it before I spend my hard earned cash.

I think it's where Duran Duran got the name for their song "Skin Trade" so it must be quite good :D
