What are the Plusses?

So, looking down at the list of members currently on, I see a couple with a "+" next to their name. What's this mean?

As he said, the plus just pretty much means that they're on your friends list.

Yep. faithosaurus is right about this. The "+" next to a person's name just means that he/she is on your friends list.
