I'm not sure if I understood what exaxtly you are looking for but I'd recommend John Milton's Paradise Lost and Mark Twain's Letters from the Earth. Though these do not touch satanism directly, they are the classics which introduced some different visions of Satan from those traditional. Sory, If I got sth wrong. :)

You might enjoy To the Land of the Living by Robert Silverberg; although I don't recall whether Satan actually shows up. A subtly anti-religious novel by Poul Anderson. Operation Chaos, might also interest you.
