Sunbright burstlike particles
Particular electron, electronic vapour
Sucks vapid ringrolls of tapering
Matter, sheets of sparkbeams,
Silent like time stretched out
To everything, enclosing
Crackling bark, signal forest
Europe of filmreels, Africa of
News-shots, tyretouch against
Tarmac tinlit, nightly neon Tokyo
Mars illuminati, no line, never-novel,
Re-cyclical ground breaks breaths
For fuel. Placeless tectonics
Tongs track satellite states,
Skysoot, stepfoot, algebraic dance
Swirling, whirlwheels cartridge-plans
Oldwork, everborn, creation, birthdust
Blinkdusk, absorption into
how many Faceless moons.
Pyramid face-glance, pythagorean trip-
-lets, crunches of sound, infra-red, techo-jazz
Info-whirr, shutscreensharpsuit alpha male
contemporaries, crying at desk under whites
Of eyeball lights, of ceiling, in an office.
Registry of heartbeats and songstops.
Times Square monuments
pigeon-friendly -
lit like tourism.

After much thought, I've decided that I completely understand this

The title gives it away rather - it reads like an exercise in writing stream-of-consciousness rather than the finished product of some stream-of-consciousness thinking.

Many of the word placements work quite well - tyretouch against/Tarmac tinlit for instance - but overall it's a touch too clever-clever to be considered anything other than an intellectual exercise in cut-and-paste. And it does come across as being very dated.
