I need major help!

I've got to write an essay on how i would seize the day, I havent posted it on here because im not done with it,and i need someones help to finish it! So if you could help me that would be great,i would appreciate it.
Essay topic- how would you "seize the day?"

There's a movie called Dead Poets Society with Robin Williams as an English teacher in a private boys college, 'Carpe Diem' is the latin phrase that runs through it.

That would be a start if you can't get hold of the book (and it won't take as long to read, depending on how fast you read and how long you've got to write the essay). It sticks pretty close to the text and in many ways improves on it.

But failing that, imagne you've got one just day left to live and you want to fit in everything. Write down all you want to do, everything you want to see, everywhere you want to visit, everyone you'd like to meet, everything you want to eat, every movie you want to hear, every book you want to read, every hope and dream you've ever had


And above all, Seize The Day!

I have no idea if this will be helpful, so I could totally be wasting your time but I my thoughts could be benificial.

First think of a goal for today or something that you can accomplish today. Then make a list of things that you do that will increase the likelyhood that you will reach that goal.

An example might be: I'm going to burn as few calories as possible today. So on my way to the couch after I get out of bed I'm going to get everything that I could possible need so that I don't have to get up again.

Obviously loafing on the couch isn't exactly seizing the day, but hopefully you get the idea.
