Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the entire version of Southey's
poem"Vision of Judgment?" I looked on google and couldn't get the complete poem.

Why bother with Southey's poem when you can have Byron's? There is a preface before the text of Byron's poem which is on the web where he gives his view of Southey's poem and explains why he wrote another one.
I believe Southey was Poet Laureate in 1820 when George the Third died, so he was expected to write a panegyric.
