What do you guys think about this genius? I just read "The Savage Detectives" and really like it, now i going to start read on 2666".

2666 is a masterpiece. I still get chills when recalling specific passages.

It's a wonderful, honest look at how human beings deal with tragedy, death, and evil that seems all too prevalent in modern society.

2666 was good. I felt it was rough around the edges, no doubt due to it being written in Bolano's last years. I'm excited to read The Savage Detectives, it's about fifth on my list.
