I think 1984 was ok it was not one of my favorite books by far. Alot of the story was hard to read and didnt really hold my intrest . But i do think 1984 taught the reader an important message. You need to know your past . If you dont there is nothing for you to compare to . If there isnt anything to compare to then you dont know for sure if things are better or worse .you If you dont know the past you are doomed to repeat it . If you dont know whats true you begin to believe what anyone tells you .
