So far, I got a call back after being laid off in a school district that has a budget deficit of over $300 million

I'm still in pursuit

I'm a combination of Perfect & Polite Panda, because I always feel to be looking after everyone around me, while showing a perfect/polite face to the world

I felt weird seeing Puerto Rico mentioned there. I live in Puerto Rico, lol. And the summer heat kills me, lol. But it feels fantastic right now! 82°F!!! :D

Thank you both. Nyu, I was going to ask you about that. I envy you being in the warmth. I'm here, in the Motor City, and it's cold :( Oh well, I'll just have to dream about the warm weather over there.

How cold is that cold? :P I like warm weather, but I do not like when it goes over 90 grades... I seriously start losing control of myself, lol. it's annoying and worse when my A/C got on fire, lol. :P

Wow, that is bad. Yesterday morning, on my way to work, it was 32 degrees. I think today's high was supposed to be around 52, but I wouldn't know. I'm in a building all day.

No, that probably isn't anyone's definition of bissful, although I'm sure your glad to be alive and to have a job. :) Maybe next year you will have the birthday you deserve.

Thanks, as long as I still have my job, I'll probably have a long day at work again. Next year it's on a Wednesday and we have staff meetings after school.
