I have enjoyed the novels of F. Marion Crawford.
His trilogy of Saracinesca, Sant ilorio, and Don Orsino.
His discription and anaylsis of Italian politics, intricasies of plot,
dramatic portrayal of his characters' emotions, and philosophical
reflections were wonderful to read.
I would appreciated comments on the trilogy and his other novels.
