Imposing a belief into the soul
that needs some support.
Is it love that creates that feeling or selfishness?
Is it the chance of being real
or the dream of ages.
Tell me where do you dwell
when the wind blows cold
and life is sucked out
of your aging kind soul?

This is so unlike most of your work posted on here. It poses an interesting question - do we all search out and cling on to a belief system when we suddenly need something to bolster our weakening resolve, even those of us who shun organized religion (the same way we take an aspirin for a headache)?
As for the poem - there's not a word out of place.

I liked the poem too Kitty and you do ask a thought provoking question.
I think one imposes a belief 'upon' rather than 'into'
I have a problem with 'that' in line 2 and line 3. I recommend 'does love create that feeling..' or Is it love which creates that feeling....
I feel too many thats in such a short space detract from the profound poem you have written.
