I think that the novel 1984 by George Orwell was good. It contained many themes that are important to this day. We should always be aware of our government and the decisions it makes. We should never just be satisfied with the life we are living, but compare it to our past history. I have learned many life lessons from this book and think that it is important to be taught in school. However I don't necessarily think it should be taught at our level. Overall I give this book a six, in my opinion it lacked entertainment.
