i think it depends on the transforming skill. some people maybe can retain the original essence, some maybe cant, but some maybe can make the salad beyond its original.and

if salad is delicious ,no one will care salad's birth. moreover, frequently people just can see the salad but not original.

and fundamentally, Poem, is just a kind of game, game always should be the poem's property.
