bad empathy

empathy is alienated pain hence
pain slain
hence makes a coffee love mark
on a paper slip, rolls back as a kiss

in an economy of gestures, blushes
grown thick as bushes

pain made plain is pleasure gained
from a pretty mouth made crook
rolls back as crack for a starving heart

knows ecstasy is pain
from a family set for gain
sponging out the ember eyes
apples fall cold, roll back as black

strange station

I feel strange waiting for you on the station floor - man,
man man, I feel strange.

cellophane brain trusts up baby, egg, nut, whore, lady
with a deformation, lady
feigning interest in the walls, lady
envies skinny ***** smoking, lady
sittin ****tin frettin at the station now cus man, man man
she feels strange!

strange
as an angel face walks over
headin on hell-ward

Reminds me of a reader who approached a poet at his very first book signing.
Poet assumed he was after his autograph.
Reader says - 'I see you have published your first book of poems. Many congratulations. When are you going to publish the book of answers?'
