I'm new here, of course. I'm a grandmother who was going to devote herself to writing, traveling, and painting since the nest was empty. I was 47 then. That was 18 years ago. Now I'm 65 (if the math doesn't add up, humor me, okay? ) Then I got two grandbabies to raise. The nest is about to empty out again, so I'm going to devote myself to writing and painting again. Probably not much traveling because now my mode of travel is mostly a Hoveround, but hey----two out of three isn't bad, eh?
I live in the Willamette valley in beautiful Oregon, in a small town south of Eugene. I was born in this area. I've traveled only a little, in California, Washington, Nevada, and Arizona. But where I live, it's not so bad to be a stay-at-home. I love it here.
