Lack of Breakfast
What are the effects of not having a breakfast? Are there any benefits of having breakfast? Breakfast is the first meal that contains light food, and it breaks from eating snacks between meals during the day. Many people today are skipping eat breakfast.Some people say, they have no enough time to eat breakfast, and others say they are not hungry, that is a problem. If they say that and continue at this habit, they will move to eat fast food containing high calories in the middle of the day.Unfortunately, researchers have found that most of American people skip breakfast.Also, they have found the most important meal for children is breakfast. Because it contains proteins, glycol's, and hydrocarbon, and thus, it is healthy for children. There is a reason for children not having breakfast due to waking up in the early morning and feeling sleepy, and also they do not feel that they are hungry. However, lack of breakfast for children may have several effects on daily life.Such as decrease the glycol's in the blood, obesity, and lack of thinking.
Not having breakfast in the morning affects children to decrease the glycol's in the blood. Glycol's for children are so important because it make them active, strong, and ability to concentrate in their classes. Moreover, glycol's mean sugar, without sugar in the blood people may feel dizziness and may collapse. Not only youth and gray people need glycols, but also the children. Breakfast is the first meal in the day that feeds children. Childhood need this breakfast to give them energy. In this way, children may able to play with others and do exercises in the physical education classes. Children need glycols to have energy to be able to play during the day and to focus on their studies. By the way, focus in their studies need a clear mind and eating breakfast contains proteins. To have a perfect routine, parents have to enforce their children to eat healthy breakfast.
Secondly, obesity is the second reason of not having breakfast for children. Obesity is a disease that affects children life. Therefore, breakfast is important because it breaks from eating fast food. If any children skip having breakfast during the day, they will tend to eat sweets, and fats with high calories when they turn back from school. Because of that, breakfast helps alot to losing weight. Researchers were tested that children who eat breakfast regularly before leaving home; they have healthy bodies than those who do not eat their breakfast.

Also, when they eat breakfast, it will produce glycol's to the brain and release it in the glycogen to help children to think easily. Parents have to feed their children healthy food to facilitate children thinking and to solve math problems that need using their brain.
